Meet Jascha

Jascha is the co-founder of Cornerstone Development Group and with his core values rooted in faith and service, he enjoys helping clients navigate the winding road of real estate success. He leverages both his corporate and military experience to provide leadership for Cornerstone, working to keep our team aligned and positioned to best capture market demand and meet individual clients’ needs.

During his 24-year military career, Jascha served as the Director of Technology for a DoD Intelligence campus and board chairperson responsible for driving global strategy. Jascha established a reputation of integrity and excellence while building critical programs and high-functioning teams, he brings that same mindset to Cornerstone and our clients. He leverages this experience to drive Cornerstone’s strategy while keeping our focus on client and partner success. In addition, Jascha provides a calming presence during negotiations and engagements, working to align opposing interests through a collaborative approach.

Immediately following his military retirement, Jascha joined Hewlett Packard Inc. (HP) as a Senior IT Program Manager with a focus on HP Global Finance. He quickly established himself as a leader, helping deliver several of the largest and most critical programs in HP. While at HP Jascha increased his expertise in corporate finance, executive planning and communication and leveraging global market trend analysis into an actionable strategic vision.

While completing his degree at the University of Houston, Jascha and his wife Krista began flipping their first home, real estate investment has been a passion ever since. Jascha and Krista have been married for almost 30 years now and their three grown children are pursuing careers and their own marriages. Jascha migrated from Los Angeles with Krista who is a Texan born and bred and together they have called the great state of Texas home since 1996. They enjoy traveling, riding motorcycles, cultural immersion experiences (especially food) and have a heart for serving those in need.
